"I use pencil, pastels, watercolors and colored pencils. Art is one
of my many talents. I am able to express myself wit art. I get
focused and detailed.

When I do my art work I feel emotional and passionate and dedicated.
My art work builds confidence and it builds character. What I think
about having Down syndrome? I'm proud of it! It also means that it's
hard to be disabled when you don't like the word "DISABLED". Is there
a better word? In other words, is it part of my being included and
does it also follow respect to each other? It's not just being
disabled it's about personality that counts not about the
disability.  I'm the person that likes being respectful, kind and
loveable. Even though I sometimes have a little anger management I'm
still loved by those that believe in me, my family and friends. Down
syndrome doesn't limit my art work, I just show my expressions of
being that unique."
